Hi, last week I bought a pair of Noene 2mm flat insoles for added protection, I have put them under the old insoles.
I have now done 2 six mile runs with them, the runs were hard work and my legs felt heavy and ached after the runs, especially my calfs, is it that I have to get used to them or should I put them on top of the old insoles or take the old insoles out altogether and just have the Noene in ?.
