Hamstring problem-almost a problem-am i waiting for a disaster?

I am a dance teacher and regularly go to the gym-i run swim and do classes.have tweaked my hamstring but not in the main body of it,low down but to the inside of my leg.it feels quite twangy and tires easily.i wouldn't say its a pull and don't recall feeling anything particular as such but definately bothering me.is this just going to get worse and end up as a tear?

    Very possibly if you don't take steps to sort it out.

    Rest it for a bit. Don't do anything that makes it feel more 'twangy'. Get a foam roller and try to roll the twinge out of it. Twice a day if possible. It'll probably hurt, but stick with it for a couple of weeks. Foam rollers are excellent...
