Beginners VLM training diary..

So as some of you may have seen from my posts all over the forums, I have been accepted to run in the London Marathon 2013. As stated previously I am kind of healthy guy but I have never ran for fitness other than football.. So i got my acceptance pack and first things first I got fitted for some new trainers and bought some new equipment.. apparel etc.

So today saw my first run, I have Shades training plan but I thought today I would just see what I could do quite comfortably..

 So this is todays run.. Like I said it was just comfortable route around my house.. A good stretch before and after and I was away.

I shall try and upload all of my runs into this thread with pics of my diary!
