1/2 Marathon Training (between races)

I have just completed my second 1/2 Marathon in a fortnight. Maybe I got a little over confident, when I did the first. But, as a result I have buggered my knee!

I gonna have a least a week of complete rest, but I already have my next one booked for 25/11. I won't be able to rest for long, does anyone have any advice for me?

BTW I am currently timing ust under 2 hours for a half, if that makes any difference?
