Basic half IM training schedule I can geek up in excel?

I've decided to do a half IM in June next year and am looking for a basic plan. Could anyone save me hours of geeking around with an excel document and triathlon websites by providing me with a ready to go template?  I'm not taking it particularly seriously, but need some kind of weekly target or I'll just do nothing. I have a marathon to do in April as well.. I'm kind of hoping to coast in to the half IM on marathon fitness, with a bit of extra cycling. Doable?
