Swindon Half Marathon

Did my First half marathon with dissapointing time . Took me 3 hrs to finish . Would like to come back next year with better timing . What is the best way to train from now .Specially need to work through those hills .

  • Hi - I would try to keep up a reasonble milage through the year and then pick up a training plan which will take you though the last 12 weeks before the race.  You will be amazed how much you will improve in a year if you just keep plodding away .  Good luck

  • Thanks for suggestion . I am loving running now so hopefully will keep it up . I still have to admit that I am toooo slow .
