traning without the gym

i cant afford the gym or home exercise equipment . any suggestions of workouts / exercises i can do as an alternative .


  • Lots of exercises using your body weight as the weight to be lifted + any number of things you can carry to add even more weight.  I'm assuming you run?

  • yes i am a runner [ up to 6-7 miles] and skint so thats why the gym is out . any suggestions for exercises and no of reps / time would be gratefully received .

  • Sex 3 times a day, two hours per session.
