Lots of exercises using your body weight as the weight to be lifted + any number of things you can carry to add even more weight. I'm assuming you run?
yes i am a runner [ up to 6-7 miles] and skint so thats why the gym is out . any suggestions for exercises and no of reps / time would be gratefully received .
