I have been running for 12 months i now run average 28k per week.I have run is some multi purpose Adidas traings for 12 months,recently bought Asics gel divertor and my left foot at the front felt like a stone was in the shoe at about 8k.I gave up and went back to my 'old trainers'
Yesterday i was measured and assessed and have slight pronation on both feet,i bought a new pair of Saucony shoes and the same thing happened again around the 8k distance
Can anyone help,the shop will take my new tariners back for a different pair
