hi all. i'm training for the leeds 10k in three weeks and its been going well but i've been for a run this afternoon and for some reason my legs feel really stiff and heavy? can't be overtraining as i've just done one other run, a zumba class and three short yoga sessions this week. i jogged/walked for the first 10 minutes to warm up and stretched throughout but it didn't seem to make much difference
any advice??
