Managed between 6 and 7 hours. Plenty of time to catch up this week mark. You have far to travel? I am in travelodge in Greenwich, about 20 mins walk away (i think).
Good morning. I am awake before my alarm, and am surprisingly refreshed after about 6 hours sleep. I'll be coming from Hampstead so may bump into some of you at London Bridge but probably won't recognise you. My number (283) will be covered anyway by a big red fleece.
First week of mesocycle five completed Lovely 5m run over the hills this morning, all below recovery heart rate. Very slow up one hill, but repaid on return when I could speed up easily without pushing the heart rate. Sunny and cold, and a bit breezy at the top of the hills.
TV coverage starts in just over ten minutes! Breakfast time.
Crash and burn! 3.15, was on pace for sub 3 until mile 18 then my body just said no. Not really disappointed as I went out with sub 3 as the only goal and i know it just wasn't possible for me today. I gave it my best. And it was clear all week that I hadn't fully recovered from illness last weekend. Lessons learned.
Great day actually, crowd support top notch. Hope everyone else has had a good run.
2.50.21 roughly i think. Definite positive split. Was very tired at end and started cramping up a bit. Amazing support all the way round. On train heading back to.Manchester. Well done everyone else, sorry to hear about your slow down Al.
Great times coming through, 15W, great effort for a 2:50, was that your target? again fantastic effort. Lit, great time, well done. Al 3:15, great time, well done again, great day so far for the P&D marathoners.
Lit and 15W - you both smashed it, congratulations!
Al - fantastic time, regardless of your personal target.
It was hard work keeping up with everyone's times. I started off doing manual calculations, then spotted the "estimated finish time" against each runner, which made it easier. I was willing people over the line
3.05.48. While it was a pb by six minutes compared to MK last year not sure if the slight improvement justified the vast increase in training. Essentially lost it in the second half of the race and was barely manageing to keep going.

15 west got to be there before the start
Best of luck everyone. Do your best!
Good luck for everyone running London tomorrow!

Aaaagggggghhhhh!
Think I've had about 5 hours sleep last night, not bad for the night before a race.
About to make my second visit to the bathroom already!
Having instant pot of porridge for breakfast.
I'm awake too Going out for my 5m recovery run soon, before settling back to watch the BBC coverage.
Have fun!
I'm not too worried about the lack of sleep, I rarely get more than a couple of hours the night before a race anyway
Well done last week Ten, we've all got to keep up the streak of smashing pb's today!
I can't update the list but my number is 26896
Best of luck everyone.

Morning all. 7 hours sleep - not bad. Hope you're all enjoying your morning routine. Bring it on!

May consider a different plan next year...
Six minutes sound like a great improvement to me for your level of running SR - congratulations!
Great time Surrey! A 6 min. PB is vast - give P&D a leeeetle credit
Just checked my stats: 10th W45 and 97th woman overall (out of 2440 women)
