Stretching: before or after?

Give me advise when I'll get good of the stretching and is it so necessary indeed?

  • Alex, you should certainly do some kind of stretching before you head out for a run. There will be plenty of advice for specific exercises amongst these forums and on the rw website.

    I have not heard about  Foam roller early. This is my mistake)))

  • I can never exactly work out if I'm using my foam roller properly. It doesn't seem to hurt me as much as other people always say it does. Still, I keep at it.
