I've got hip bursitis in my left hip, and while it's getting better with hip stretches and anti-inflammatories I'm wondering when I'm going to be able to run. I'm due to start upping my running in 3 weeks to start my marathon training, the programme I'm doing is an 18 week Hal Higdon one and the marathon is Brighton. I'm worried that I'm not going to be fit enough to do the marathon. Looking forward to hearing wise words of wisdom and knowledge.
