I have a pair of mizuno long distance track spikes, they are a tiny bit too large, when going by the thumb width rule they are just over. The thing is when I ran a 10k in the I did get a quick time in but had really bad blisters on the sole of my feet. could this be because they are too large? getting another pair is out of the question so how could i fix it? an insole? thicker socks? any suggestions welcome,
