Did anyone do this yesterday?
weather was beautiful compared to last year as it was really foggy
last year they ran out of medals ( but found them eventually ) this year they ran out of water bottles at the end!!!
but apart from that, a very hilly course thoroughly enjoyed it and amazingly got a PB on the back of a hangover!!!

I did the race.
It was my second competition, I was hoping to do it in around an hour, and anticipating to be over the hour, as my previous 10k was fairly flat and I finished that in 57 mins. I was surprised to find that I too did my personal best ! - 56 mins, so I was very pleased with this.
As you say it was a beatiful but cold day. I did suffer in the days after the race, I could hardly walk.
