hi all i have been building up my runs over the last 2 years and have over come Meany little problems. i now run 5 miles day on day off i have a good stretch before and after my runs also i train on my gluts every day as had a weak but and it was causing all-sorts probs. the only prob I'm getting now is a dull ache on one hip towards the front of one leg all the time and would appreciate any advice.
