I have had what I think is a hamstring injury, although I think, where the injury was located, it wasn't a common location. It was behind the knee on the outside right on the bicep femoris. Its been nagging me for weeks and I have been doing R.I.C.E although plenty of walking. I can now run pain free 3 miles, YAY! But wondering on how long I should stick to the shorter distance, as initially was averaging on 65 miles week and had just completed a marathon.
