Blackpool Marathon plan B

Hi, as some of you may or may not know I'm in busy lifestyle catagory of the Asics competition, I was hoping and still hoping to be selected to go to Paris, but I still want a spring marathon. I never qualified for London and Manchester is a little pricey so I have targeted Blackpool which is also on the same day as Paris, I was wondering if anyone had anymore info on it??????
