advice needed please.....I just about to start training for my 2nd marathon...would like to buy a belt to carry gels and maybe water for my longer runs. At the moment I carry water in my hand but this seems to cause inside elbow stiffness after a while. Can anyone recommend a belt? I have seen some with 2 small bottles and others with one large bottle and some with no bottles! Which do you find the most comfortable, useful and easy to use? I would also use it on race day to carry gels etc. I would really appreciate any feedback here. Thank you!

I've used these for about 3 years now - elasticated neoprene belt gives a snug fit, and doesn't move around (unlike versions with an adjustable tape)...
Shop around as the prices vary considerably.

This is what I use for long runs and so far used for a couple of marathons. No wobble and a big pocket for gels etc. Better than cheaper versions Ive tried (Karrimor)
I have found the best way to carry fluids is with a Camelbak because they sit comfortably at the top of your back and high up so not pulling your posture out of alignment. For marathon training the 2 litre bladders should be enough for even the longest training run:

This does have some limited cargo space but you do need to take this off to go into the pouch and it is very small on these packs.
I prefer to use a small waistpack for all my runs - long and short. I can carry gels, iPhone on my waist then for ultimate convenience. This combination is very flexible. The pack is something like this:
