Running buddy in Thatcham Berkshire

Looking to start running again after 12 months break but new to Thatcham and don't know any routes. Any buddies out there to run with? Can only do weekdays 8pm.

Hana, There are 2 clubs in Newbury, Team Kennet & (of course) Newbury AC. Google them and they may be able to help you.
The Kennet & Avon canal towpath is popular with local runners but probably not the best location on a winters evening.
There is a top notch Parkrun only a couple of miles from you at Greenham Common on Saturday mornings.
