I have entered for Reading (guaranteed place due to injury) and hope for 2.30. I managed 2.35 at Windsor with very little training (and a cold and asthma) so am hoping I can achieve this.
Muttley - like it :-) RD - you can do it, with a "smoother" course and crowd support to help.
I went to footy last night and looked at the likely place where the runners will enter the stadium. It will be soooooo cool running into the stadium to finish, and if there is anyone watching by the time I make it there may even be an atmosphere (unlike at last night's game!)
Duck - I did 2.37 for Windsor last year and then at my next half mara at Silverstone which was flat I clocked 2.19. We're all different but it just gives you an idea of the difference hills make.
EP- You will trash that time. Debster - that was a good time for Silverstone as i did not think it was that flat, there were some slow drags/slopes that made it hard going. It's a shame that SS and Reading are on the same date next year. They both gave out fab medals.

But then, with the amount of training you're doing, I wouldn't be in the slightest bit suprised if you do it.
She drops her chips!
should have done it at windsor half if I had not pulled my back at windsor that morning
Looking forward to it.
