I am training for a 100 mile 6 day race in Feb in amazon.
Training was going fine- but as i get over 40 miles a week i start to get little niggles- calf especially/ITb also. I do stretch well after a run and see a physio weekly.
Bit frustrating as i want to get nearer 60-70 miles a week for a few weeks before the taper. i have been careful c slow increase in mileage and new shoes as well,
anybody get the same trouble and any tips ? thanks v much
