Pins and needles in ankle?

Good morning!
When I run, sadly, I start getting a pain in the upper ankle of my right foot. Shortly after, i get pins and needles in both ankles (which is horrible to run with).
This occurs at approximately 4miles. However, I'm entered into several half marathons and a full marathon later in the year.
Can anyone recommended anything to help? would it just go away?

I experienced the same thing today but I broke my ankle about 15 years ago. Has anyone come back to you about this? Im thinking maybe its the shoes, but no idea.
Sadly no one has got back to me and I have experienced the same problems with several shoes. I have never broken my ankle
