Hi fellow runners, Need a bit of advice: signed up to do the London Marathon in April (will be my first) - however am struggling to work out what paces I should be doing in my training for easy/tempo/speed work sessions. I've run half marathons in 1hr 35min and am aiming for around 3:30 for the marathon but not really followed any formal training plans in the past. Any ideas/suggestions/advice would be much appreciated! Ed

Ed google Mcmillan running calculator,type in your current half time and it will give you the full range of training paces from there.
