Not been on here for a while - been plugging away and improving my 5K times and also doing some cross training in the form of BMF.
Anyway, I'm looking to make the transition from 5K to 10K and was wondering what the best way to go about this is? I've signed up for a 10K at the end of June so I have a while to train for it, and I'd like to take my training slow and steady. There are loads of plans online, but I'd rather get advice from people who have done it themselves.
Ideally I'd like to keep going to BMF at least twice a week as training and run 3 times a week, having 2 rest days - at least initially. Any advice or thoughts would be great and thanks in advance.
