Chronic Achillies Paratenonitis - creaky

Hello!

I just wondered if anyone had suffered with this before as I'm getting really worried!

I've not ran for 5 weeks, swelling has gone down a bit but it is creaking which gets worse throughout the day.

I've been icing and stretching but the creaking just doesn't seem to go!

Any help will be much appreciated!
