Pfitzinger plan

Looking for a decent structured plan for my spring marathon, rather than doing 'my own thing' I've stumbled across the pfitzinger 18 week 55 mile plan, just wondered if anyone has followed this properly and what they got from it? I'm happy to run 5 times a week and cross train on days off, I have a bike & can swim. Just after a bit of feedback really. Manchester is 16 weeks away
