As this is my first year and I have taken on a lot, I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat or was in the same boat regarding training.
My swim plan starts with a total of 1500 metres swimming including drills and a 400 metre time trial. Running, start of with a 30 minute run.. ha, I am struggling, managed a 1km swim at lunch, furthest so far but still 500 metres short of the full session, running, struggling, managing a couple of miles runwalk. Biking isn't so bad.
So, did anyone else look at a 1500 metre swim and think ha!! or did you just get in the waterstart running these distances from the off?
