Im in week 11 of my 22 week marathon programme for London and I have now developed a SI injury. Ive been to a chiropractor for an adjustment and have another appointment next week. Ive been told not to run, cycle, swim or do any form of exercise for at least two weeks. Im now starting to worry that I wont be fit enough to run London if this injury keeps me out for more than two weeks.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
