I felt good whilst running the Watford half-marathon, despite a few twinges just above my ankle. Back home, there was a bruise, presumbably done running the hills with a too tightly laced up shoe.
It still hurts when I try to run. But I don't want to take any time off training, for a marathon. I have used arnica cream and some elevation. Is there anything else that would help?
