New to this forum so let me know if this post is in the wrong section. I'm just hoping to gauge some opinions on what sort of Half Marathon target I should set myself for this year based on your experiences.
I ran 1 hour 29 in training just before christmas and my training is consistently indicating I should expect that sort of time in March when I run Reading Half. At the moment I'm only averaging 60 miles a month however, if I am to start to move towards 1 hour 25 (and in time 1 hour 20) is it a case I need to significantly up my mileage?
I'm 21 and train 2-3 times a week, is 1 hour 25 by the middle of the year and sub 1:22 by the end a realistic target?
