oh motivation where are you................

sat here in my pj,s trying to sum up the motivation to get my gear on and do a really horrible 7 mile hill.............all my running buddies are injured or hungover and I,ll be out on my own..........need this one in the bag though for a race next sunday........as the next few days need to be faster shorter runs...........oh why did I enter it...................................................................................

  • Just get out there and do it! You will feel great afterwards knowing you did your final hard training session before race day. You can also  have the smugness against your hungover friends  image

  • I keep my running kit by the bed, earphones hanging on door handle and trainers by the front door.....autopilot!

    did it just got back............feeling epic,50 mins to get up the hill, 25 mins down.Beautiful run rain and drizzle then got to the top and it was snowingyou could see over to macclesfield and buxton the snow coming over!!!........ready for the Cloud9 next week now !

    The weather is just totally rubbish today and I have razorblades stuck in my throat. Was due to run half marathon today but stayed in my dressing gown instead. I don't even feel too bad. Sometimes one needs to rest.
