Hi i have my first half marathon in five weeks and Im petrified. Did no training for seven weeks my longest run being six miles and have only just restarted training last week! Have i left it too late? Managed to run nine and half last night. Little stiff today but that's all. How many more times do i have to run these big long runs? I don't find them difficult just boring! Also any easy tips to follow with eating and drinking. I know i need to hydrate. Sometimes al run after work having had nothing but a sip to drink all day. Naughty i know!
