Spotify & Running App in One Device?

I currently run using my blackberry phone, where I have Runtastic to measure my distance & stats, and Tune In for BBC Radio 6 Music for some tunes.
Battery is rubbish and this doesn't always work 
What I really want is Spotify + a Running App in one Device, does this exist?
I also have a Garmin watch but I never use it because Runtastic does the job for me.
Any advice greatly appreciated. I am training for a few half marathons and my first full in Dublin in October so want to get my gear sorted asap!

Probably not the help you're after (sorry).
I use my phone (htc wildfire s) to record my running (using strava) and listen to my playlists off spotify.
