So, I've knackered my calf up badly enough so that i can't run on it and haven't been able to do so for 2 weeks now . I've booked in with a physio to try and sort it out but in the meantime is it worth doing more of my other two training activities (which aren't affected by my calf) or should i just stick to the plan and miss out the running bit til I'm healed?
Weird thoughts going round my head about over-training vs missing out on an opportunity to improve my cycling.....thanks all.
