Muscle spasm right at end of run! really tight and painful did some stretches felt better!! last night this was 19/2/2013.
20/2/13 training 1000m hill trainings again painful and going down to the left of the achillies around ankle any ideas on stretches or things to help this?? next 5k is Saturday thanks!! my first post here

Sounds like tendonitis to me,
Google 'peroneal tendon' and see if that fits your description
