Its inside leg. Left leg. Round about the boney bit. Is tender if you touch it. If you flex, it feels slightly stretched in its feeling. If i walk i am fine, if i go upstairs i can feel it. If i run, it is tender, but when i warm up it goes. It feels like someone has got a got clamp and put it around a bit of my muscle. Not agony, just tender.
Overdoing it probably. One never learns, not with a Marathon 6 weeks away. But now having a week off to recover. Best way i guess.
