I think that a HM time quoted in minutes, i.e. 1:39:59 or less, rather than hours and minutes should be enough to put someone in the Average Proper Runner category... 75 minutes would be the Elite Proper Runner category... And for the record, I wouldn't be in either. Having said that, it would be fairer to use Age Grading %. Oh! And there probably hasn't been this much interest in the Reading Half, particularly by those not competing, for years

Honestly we are going to let him away with this quote??? Drawing a parralel between himself and Jesus.

The only time the word Jesus and DF3 should appear together is when I scroll down a thread and there is DF3. "Jesus" I mutter every single time 

I'll put a time on you David 1:47 there you go. I did this 7 days after a three week hospital stay and having lost 2 stone of weight I didn't have to lose. Anthing slower than that makes you a lightweight, lace tying, toilet break taking JOGGER who should be put back on the first deportation ship back to Oz or at the very least have the Parental controls on your internet access tightened.

DF3 -- Given your age and training schedule I'd have thought that you'd have to be looking for less than 100 minutes... Even TimR can do 1:50 off of training 3 times a week and he's probably not a proper runner either

sounds like a decent taper to me lying around for 3 weeks and the weight loss will have helped too.
