I've recently started to get pain on the inside of my left ankle I only noticed it after my left calf starting getting tight when walking after sitting for long periods then found my ankle was slightly swollen.
I did get some properly fitted shoes back in January and I haven't run 3 x a week for a couple of weeks. I am going to rest until its completely gone which is annoying because I was getting good at running for 30 minutes! I just wondered if anyone knew what it was? Could it be my shoes? Or maybe I've ran for too long after a couple of weeks off?
The shoes I got are Sacouncy Progrids if that helps with solving this mystery!
