I'm having real difficulties at the moment with mytriathlon.co.uk returning some faulty goods. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Just wondering if any other customers have had a similar experience and could offer me any advice???

Ok thanks Dave. When I placed the order initially they were ok but now they don't answer my emails, call me back when they say they will or give me any indication how long it might take to resolve the issue. Grrrr!
