Hi all,
I know a few runners who only consume fruit via it's natural form, rather than juices, as it's lower GI. Anybody else follow the trend? I like juices and find them more convenient than munching on an apple but don't want a sugar rush.
Make sure it's not from concentrate and you should be fine, even better make it yourself
