Sure is, just done it myself, less than 1 minute, good luck, though you shouldn't need it!
Dead easy if its not been put on to tight,I watched a couple of clips on Youtube which helped.

Next question is how tight is too tight??
I'd go for about 30-40Nm. To know that you'll need a torque wrench...http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-28757-8-inch-10-Ratchet/dp/B009VYBFBO?tag=6519986691-21
or here if you want to be a "proper cyclist"...
HOW MUCH?? My BIG torque wrench was about £25 from Screwfix!
My lockrings spec 40Nm.
i decided that weasier than buying the tools i took it into the bike shop and they took 2 minutes to do it for me
but it did look doable on the video
I just wind it on til I'm pretty sure it's not going to come loose but without leaning on the spanner - worked so far.
To use a technical term, (lifetime of building sites), you have to give it a "nip" but dont go mad, that'll do. Cupa tea?
Lovely. 40Nm is definitely4 knuckles
