Women's narrow-fit, high-arch shoe?

My girlfriend has very narrow feet and high arches, and likes a shoe with support.

She is not a high mileage runner, or terribly fast, but she wants something that she can do circuit training etc in - so nothing too lightweight or flimsy. A road/trail hybrid might work?

Any recommendations much appreciated. Ta.

Try mizuno inspire - I have narrow feet and wear orthotics. Previous mizuno editions have been a bit wide but these are more typical of the mizunos I know and love ( previously used to run in elixir but didn't like last update )
