Hi I'm running London in 3 weeks and would like some advice on my training. My long runs consist of 12, 10, 14, 16, 13, 11, 19, 14 My last long run was meant to be 21 but due to a knee pain I cut it to 14. I've been resting my knee since last Saturday and been keeping up my fitness by cycling. I've had a sports massage and legs now feel great and the knee doesn't hurt anymore. Now with 3 weeks to go should I head out for my final 21 miles tomorrow? Also what training should I be focusing on in the final 3 weeks?
