I have an 800m coming up in 2 weeks time and a few 1500m races approaching for the early season.
I would like to know where about's I am at this current time and what I could expect if I were to race an 800m / 1500m fresh now.
So here are some recent sessions:
Track - 20x 200m with 45 sec rec. - averaging 33.8 seconds
Trail - 6x 800m with 2 min. rec - averaging 2:33
Track - 15x 300m with 60 sec. rec. - averaging 51.1 seconds.
So what should I aim for next week's 800m and where about's am I in terms of 1500m?
