rejuvenate trainers and bounce!

Now I know I'm no Einstein hence admitting this may confirm my shortcomings but it may also help those also suffering from the same.... I'd been getting leg pain and considered changing trainers as cushioning was perhaps at fault. Turned trainers over to assess wear and all the grooves were full of tiny stones, grit etc. Can't believe I hadn't noticed before. Spent a few minutes digging them all out and VOILA!! Bounce restored and at least a few pounds lighter too! You can send me thanks in cash, chocolate or other shiny forms......
