just wondering i want to know what others use for their track sessions as i do alot of speed work and lots of sets of it !

I don't tend to do track sessions on m own, mainly club sessioms as I'm more of a tempo junkie...
In thesummer season do one at least oncea week, these tend to be usually 400/800 reps eg. 8-10 x 400 with 40 sec recovery
8x800 with 1 min recovery and 2min in the middle
Or on my own i do stride the straights, jog the bends for 15 laps or so. Maybe half that as a pre-race loosener.
