after last weekends efforts ,running i managed to strain my left ankle - not pain , just achey , and sore when i put full pressure on it or flew my toes up
so i behaved and haven't ran,
i have been on nights this week, so i guess worked well for resting as i sleep around 8-9 hours in the day - currently on break at work - amusing my self reading the forums
i rode my bike to and from shifts (3 miles each way) its fine on bike,
i will test with a gentle run sat more after a whole week rest -
