Marathon Runners: Book up to see the London Massage Therapist of the month

Having worked on many runners in the past as a massage therapist, I know how sore and tight your body can be from all that pounding on the legs caused by miles of running. It’s typically the calves, thighs and glutes that get hit the most in most runners. The upper back and neck area can also get very tight in a lot of runners.

This is due to the ground reaction forces, coming back up through the body, right through to the top of the head. Massage therapy can help to eleviate a lot of this. I, Joe Dimon, can help you with all of this!

  • Hi I'm forumite of the month. Voted by Sussex Runner as the best forumite.
  • I'm Brian, and so's my wife!!

  • So good he has spaces available.  What was the name of that event in London Village today?

  • Just run 26.2 miles. And I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those pesky ground reaction forces!
  • Nah just ran a 10 miler today. Brighton was last week, The lady in question ran short last week. Had a bloke run in her name in 2011(pictures prove it) but as club Chairman Mark Weber says" Great girl cheating is not her style" I bet he says that about Mrs Weber too!!
  • Sorry, I thought I could. I will add more helpful tips to this forum soon. Sorry people.
