Foot strike noise
Sounds more mysterious than it is TBH.
I used to run in Nike Equalons (now defunct) and I now use Brooks Adrenalines. Now running in the Brooks, I seem to run more quietly than in Nikes. Does that mean that my foot strike is better / more efficient?

I get a slapping sound from Altra Zero Drops but not from Hoka One One Stinson Evos. I don't think it means anything except that slappers do the Hoka, OK, do the Hoka Ok. Do the the Hoka, ok? That's what it's all about.
